President and CEO
Busola is the founder of Tailorbricks. He is a Marketing and Business Strategist. He has worked with and advised several Multinational Enterprises (MNE’s) in Telecommunications, Real Estate, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and FMCG industries – such as Akorn Inc. (USA), Globacom (Nigeria), Finacorp Building Society (Nigeria), Procter & Gamble (Nigeria), Propertymart (Nigeria), Legrand Engineering (Nigeria), Multi-links (Nigeria) and Telkom SA (South Africa), amongst others.
He studied in England, bagging a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the prestigious Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. He has his first degree in Accounting with second class upper honors from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).
Yetunde Ogunbayo
Non Executive Director
Yetunde – a member of the Chemical Society of Nigeria - is a Quality Assurance and Business Sustainability Expert. With over 15 years experience at Senior Management Levels in the FMCG industry, she has held leadership positions in multinational organisations and has contributed immensely to their outstanding operations strategy and impressive growth in market share.
She obtained her education and training in Nigeria and Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Lagos and earned professional qualifications in Quality Management and Sustainability.
Engr. Benjamin Oluwadare
Non Executive Director
Benajmin is a registered engineer and a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
He graduated from the University of Ado-Ekiti with a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and from Nnamdi Azikiwe University with a M.Eng (PhD Grade) in Industrial/Production Engineering. He is presently undergoing his Doctorate Degree program at University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.
He has varied experience in the academia and business. He is a lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Ekiti State University and the chairman of Phaybee-Ville School (Montessori), Nigeria. With varied business interests in Nigeria, he, alongside a team at Multilinks Telkom, pioneered fibre optics enterprise solutions in the country.

Oluwole Oduala
VP International Business
Wole is the Vice President, International Business. He is a Change Management expert with strong background in quality control, project management, and information technology. His work experience spans over a decade in Nigeria and United Kingdom based firms such as Finacorp Building Society, London Overground, Reed Business Information, Mane Recruitment Group, and The RLC Group.
He acquired his first degree in Economics at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and furthered his education in Information Systems Engineering at the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom.
Rufus Kuye
Engineering & Design
Engineer Kuye heads Engineering & Design Division. He has vast experience in building and infrastructure construction. In the past 22 years, he has supervised and delivered projects (Residential, School, Office, Factory and Shopping Complex developments) for both public and private sectors across the length and breadth of Nigeria – Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Benin, Abeokuta, Nassarawa, Kaduna, etc.
He studied Civil Engineering and Architecture at the Yaba College of Technology, Nigeria. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Building (NIOB).
Thecla Okonkwo
Finance/Admin
Thecla heads Finance & Admin Division. She is a graduate of Lagos State University, Nigeria. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds certificates in Airline finance and accounting management from International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Internal Financial Reporting from ACCA, United Kingdom.
She started her career as a customer service officer at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc from where she moved to become the Accountant and Internal Control Officer of Pure Limited. Her pursuit for excellence made her join a medium sized audit firm where she practiced audit, tax, and business advisory services.
